"I'm really excited that we're embarking on the second FTxBocconi Talent Challenge. It's an opportunity for talented early career professionals and students to find new ways to overcome challenges, be creative and find business solutions to three vital pillars of our present and future society: sustainability, diversity and inclusion. What could be more important than that right now?' said Jon Slade, FT chief commercial officer.
Gianmario Verona, Bocconi University Rector, added, “In this period of profound transformation and uncertainty, including younger people in the design of new business solutions is essential. This competition is a prime opportunity for talented professionals and students to propose innovative ideas that reflect their generational mindset."
The first FTxBocconi Talent Challenge brought together 100 participants from over 40 countries and featured prominent speakers and field experts, including Nobel Prize winner Michael Spence, and Special Advisor at General Atlantic and Chair of the Compensation Committee of Unilever PLC/NV, Vittorio Colao.
The deadline for applications is 24 November. For more information, please visit the FTxBocconi Talent Challenge site.
