21 November 2019: The Financial Times’ HR team was awarded a 2019 Personnel Today award for diversity and inclusion efforts in the private sector.
On the FT’s gender diversity initiatives, the judges said they were “impressed by the results the publisher achieved in quite a short period, with leadership and management approaching parity and a tangible change in inclusive practice.”
The Personnel Today awards recognise HR colleagues that have led innovative projects, driven down costs and been courageous in implementing change over the past 18 months. Please find the full list of winners here.
