FT Weekend is making two key hires to its award-winning roster of columnists. Nilanjana Roy and Philip Delves Broughton will join an illustrious line up of commentators including Simon Kuper, Robin Lane Fox, Tyler Brule, Jancis Robinson and Tim Harford.
Roy lives in New Delhi, India, and writes on everything from books, gender and food to free expression. She is the author of two fantasy novels (The Wildings and The Hundred Names of Darkness) and a collection of essays on reading, The Girl Who Ate Books. She will be writing a Life & Arts column in Saturday’s Weekend FT.
Delves Broughton, who lives in Connecticut, will be writing an op-ed column from Saturday 2nd July with a particular focus on business and entrepreneurialism. He is author of What They Teach You at Harvard Business School, Life’s A Pitch and Charlie Whistler’s Omnium Gatherum.
